We carried out the complete renovation and rear extension of this Grade II listed apartment, part of a unified terrace originally built around 1840 as a single-family home. Our work focused on restoring the property’s original character while integrating high-quality contemporary finishes throughout.

Bespoke joinery features prominently across the apartment, including custom-built wardrobes, cabinetry, and upholstered bed backings designed to complement the overall interior scheme. The compact kitchen has been carefully designed to maximise space without compromising on functionality or style, featuring clean lines, integrated appliances, and refined detailing.

The bathrooms are finished with carefully selected marble, enhancing the sense of understated luxury. To the front and rear of the property, we installed limestone paving, chosen for both its durability and its sympathetic match to the period architecture.
