We were proud to build this striking new home in Barnet, North London — a project that was featured on Grand Designs.

Working from an existing extension of an old Edwardian property, we delivered a completely new-build home designed to meet the needs of an elderly client. The ground floor was built to follow the natural slope of the site and includes a fully accessible bedroom and bathroom.

We installed a high-performance thermal envelope to ensure energy efficiency and comfort all year round. Inside, the open-plan layout creates bright, flowing spaces that connect the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

A great example of how thoughtful construction can create a modern, practical home with real warmth and character.
